There were hairs over the sink, shower and even inside the mini fridge. Gross. The sink was clogged. There were only three towels and one toilet paper in the room even though there were four people staying. Since housekeeping wasn't done daily,I had to request at front desk.

If i could give this hotel a higher rating than 5 stars, i would. Best hotel I have been at. The room was small but it was comfortable and clean. It was also in a nice area, had to only drive about 10-15 minutes from places we wanted to visit. The customer service was also excellent. They accommodate to our needs instantly and were pleasant. After a 16hr drive all we wanted to do was rest and relax, this hotel was perfect for exactly that. Overall, loved this hotel and will be coming back.

Upon check in our request for connecting rooms wasn’t honored but the desk agent was able to get us on the same floor. 315 was okay (the panel to the key lock came off in our hand when we left the room), 325 however had several pieces of trash including a battery and a tampon), the ac appeared to be struggling to keep cool and there was no remote. The desk agent moved us to a room on a different floor, 208. The television remote was not working, the telephone continuously beeped through out the night. I got up several times to mess with it but after 30 minutes or so it would start beeping again.
I call the desk the morning of check out for batteries for the remote and more coffee and the said he couldn’t give that to us because he was the only person on property. He did not offer for us to even come get them from him.

Angel, it seems there were several aspects of the stay that did not meet expectations. The team worked to accommodate a room change, and it’s unfortunate there were still issues. The situation with the in-room items and the interaction during check out will be reviewed further. The input is appreciated and will be used to enhance guest experiences moving forward.

Overall good stay, very clean and comfortable.
Receptionist was eating at the desk when I went to check in. Acted like it was a little bit of an inconvenience I interrupted them. Only three towels for a reservation of 4. But other than that it was a good one night stay.
