Not Pet Friendly
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAdvertised as Pet Friendly but it is NOT. Thankfully we did not have to bring our dog, but there is a 150 cleaning fee for having animals.
AC was loud but that was perfect as white noise to drown out freeway traffic.
There were crickets everywhere! Not sure if that is a seasonal thing.
We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which took forever to fill up. Easily 20-30 minutes to get the water level above the jets.
Overall nice stay.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you bringing the pet policy issue to our attention; we’re working with Expedia to correct the advertisement. It is indeed cricket season in Texas, but we do have pest control weekly to manage them. We’re sorry to hear the jacuzzi took so long to fill; we’ll look into this. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re glad you had an overall nice stay!

El hotel huele horrible, está lleno de humedad,
La alfombra huele mal al igual que el baño sucio, el elevador olía a vomitada preferimos bajarnos por las escaleras.
El personal muy amable siempre , el desayuno está rico
