Family of 5 and had an amazing stay. Staff was friendly and addressed any problems that we had. Great stay and pool water is soft to skin.

Clean and quiet stay 10 out of 10 on the room and cleanliness…..only complaint was that the bed was too soft for my liking…..oh and they charged me 4$ to park when they don’t even have a parking lot.

The hotel used to be my favorite. But over the last year it has gone down hill. The was a gigantic purple stain on the wall. Wallpaper was unraveling at every corner of the room. The mini refrigerator didn’t work and lastly it says free parking but on my bill I was charged for parking.

Well overall the hotel was newly built but you can tell that it's going downhill because they're not taking care of the upkeep of the property they're not cleaning properly the elevator has things all over the floor sticky stains the light was out in the hall by the elevator we go in our room to take a shower my dad is complaining about spots and stains all over town then I go pick up one of the towels to see what he talking about and showing up it has spots and stains on the towel to where I had to go to the front desk and tell them that I needed my room clean and for them to look at the towels that they put them in my room because they haven't stains on them will I stay there again no not that location maybe another location

I will share this information with our housekeeping team and we do apologize your stay was not pleasant. I am curious to know more information as to who you talked to during your 5 day stay. I am reviewing our records and I show no indication that one of our associates spoke to you nor did you move rooms at any point. Understandably, we have dropped the ball on that as well, but are you able to reach out to me so we can discuss who you spoke with and what was done to address your challenges. As mentioned, I am showing you stayed 5 days so I am given the impression that your challenges were addressed as there were no complaints on our service or follow up or therefore lack of follow up.
