Overall, I enjoyed my stay as the staff was friendly, property was spacious and in good condition. Location was convenient for the purpose of my trip.

Don’t get me wrong the inside of the hotel is very modern but I paid big bucks to stay for one night. The hotel had little to no parking, the majority of parking is valet and cost extra, there was no microwave in the room nor any kind of “complementary” breakfast (for the price I expected something more), and when I showed up I had to pay another deposit to get my keys. Nowhere online did it say I’d have to pay a deposit just a resort fee. What also sucked was that the deposit take's 3-5 business days to get returned to me. If you ask me you’re better off staying somewhere cheaper.

Second stay at this funky-cool hotel. Front desk staff is always friendly. Hotel smells heavenly. Coffee shop, art studios, and convenience store across the street. Beautiful rooftop pool. Comfortable beds. Like another guest remarked, don't be intimidated by the young & sexy crowd. It's an enjoyable stay even if you're not a part of that scene. The en suite bathrooms aren't the most private (sliding door, no exhaust fan, glass cutout in shower that looks onto bed area) so might be uncomfortable to share with non family. Parking can be a little difficult during weekend party time. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I consider it a value for all you get.
