Didn't like that they process a $50 deposit and then you have to wait 3-5 days to get it put back in your bank. Many places use the card with a hold only and don't process it. They charge it and they also charge $13/person if you want to buy the breakfast they advertise as" hot breakfast available. " They should include price info if they are charging you.

The hotel from the entrance doesn’t look bad but once you come to the room it is dirty . The restroom has roaches there is no remote for the tv it is absolutely horrible . I was going to the front desk to tell them about the room and there was no one there. Either way the probably going to ask me to move but I had two rooms and both are the same so I’m sure all the rooms are the same . Right when I was about to close up I notice the locks on the doors are broken so then that’s an unsafe for my 4 year and newborn

The Clarion was a disaster hotel the bed sheets and the pillow sheets smelled so bad I had to take a shower twice to get it off me then the towel had a hole in it and the coffee must have been expired it was not good and then finally the TV guide did not match the movie it's like they need to upgrade or fix it so I was very disappointed comfort suites was 1,000%.

Easy check in. But our door scraped across the floor and we had to SHOVE it open. Floor was sticky. When we left for dinner the entire floor smelled like marijuana.
