RUN away - I wish there were negative stars

Our problems started before we even got to the property. The shuttle bus was no longer running. This was the ENTIRE REASON we picked this hotel near the airport. The woman on the phone was dismissive and spoke terrible English. So we paid for a taxi. When we got there, the people at the desk were uninterested. In the room, most of the outlets did not work, and the room smelled like mold. We had to be back at the airport at 2:00AM for a 5:00AM international flight. Even though we had signed up the night before, the shuttle was a no show for almost an hour. The hotel manager called and talked to him on the phone about what was going on at least 4 times during our wait. The van at one point was across the street, but took off somewhere else instead of picking us up. When the guy finally showed up, he was hostile and either high or drunk. He yanked the door out of my hand after I opened it, argued with us, yelled at us and then took his time getting back in the van and taking us. He was rude and completely out of line during the ride. NEVER again. RUN AWAY!

The girl that checked us in was a bit rude but other than that everything was great
