The staff was very courteous. They allowed us to check out a few minutes late. The front desk receptionist at check out was very friendly and informed us about less expensive DC souvenirs at Walmart.

We stay at this location every few months. It is well -maintained and family friendly! We love that it is centrally located and is easy to find. We ALWAYS enjoy our stay here. And everytime we're here, there's always something wonderful that amazes us. Bri is THE BEST!!!! She is hardworking, accommodating, approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming. She ALWAYS takes care of our needs and requests. She aways takes the time to chat with us and always greets us with a smile. The manager, Ms. Rosemary, is tremendously awesome. We have seen her multiple times go out of her way to take care of the guests. She is soft-spoken, approachable and accommodating. You can see in the way she carries herself how the hotel is properly maintained. The ladies in the kitchen are also SUPERSTARS! I need to remember their names, but I talk to them every morning. They remember me and my family because we are here frequently. They love on our kid and they are very understanding. On days when our kid had waken up early before breakfast time, they did not hesitate to offer him fruits and cereal. They do their best to keep the breakfast options filled and replenished. We will always come back here whenver we're in the area!
