Been at cheer competition all day we came from out of town! I made it here and we were told that there was on room left but elevators were down and they said I could walk or get a refund! I HAD ALREADY PAID A WEEK IN ADVANCE! We made it at almost 10 and I didn’t have time to search for another room on top of that everything smelt like cigarettes and there was no wash cloths

Shower shampoo was empty so cleaning staff obviously didn’t check. Has a towel in the bathroom that had what looked like blood stains on it. Staff was super helpful and found some a half empty bottle of shampoo for us.

It was quiet & clean. Price was very good. The breakfast needs a little work! There was no forks or spoons to eat the with & no fruit. There was plain white bread but nothing to put on the bread. The hot water was empty. When I asked about refilling the hot water they did refill it quickly but then big black chunks of something came out with the water. No hot tea for me. The staff was very nice & polite. Overall a nice place to stay but I wouldn't plan on eating breakfast there.

I didn't like that my husband got stuck in the elevator between floors and the fire department had to rescue him. The choices for breakfast was very limited. Our door into our room rubbed at the top & wouldn't close without pushing very hard on it. It was a nice quiet place that was close to the hospital where we have family in ICU.
