Not horrible, but definitely not the best

The Good Part - Bed was soft and comfortable. A/C worked great. The Not So Good Part - The bathroom ceiling had mold spots on it, the bathroom door was difficult to close, key cards kept stop working, could not get extra covers for the sofa bed nor could we get extra face towels. Just looked at my Credit Card to find out I was charged and additional charge on top of the regular room charge and the early check-in fee that was assessed. I'm about to call the hotel about this. Hotel only accepts Credit Cards.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a couple of plastic forks one night for our leftovers, and the friendly woman at the front desk gave me a complete paper and plastic place setting for three, which turned out to be helpful. Another one of the cleaning staff went out of her way to find me a "do not disturb" sign since the one in our room was missing. The room was also nice and cool when we checked in on July 25th. I didn't like the stains on one of the sheets and comforters, the loose metal stopper assembly for the bathtub and the loose toilet seat.

The beds were comfy, and the ac worked great! Everything else was awful. The doorframe lock was carved out, and I’m still wondering how it locked. There was a large hole in the ceiling above the window. The bathroom was super dark probably to hide the mildew in the bathtub. The ceilings were stained with mildew. The grout was disgusting. The carpet was disgusting. There was trash in the stairwell for 2 days. The breakfast was pathetic and didn’t offer much. Parking in the back was dark and the street sweepers put cones in the front, blocking off the spots. Management couldn’t care less about the complaints. Desperate need of renovation. Pool is deceptively small, so don’t pay attention to the pictures. You’ll be extremely disappointed. First non smoking room smelled of smoke, so they put us in a dog non smoking room. Will never ever ever stay there again. It’s a dump.
