We found a live roach upon entering our room. After killing that roach, we found roach bait on the wall by the exit door in the room. We found dead bugs on the floors, frame around the bed was filthy, sheets and covers were stained, ripped, etc.. we wanted to check out and find another hotel but every room was booked in McKinney due to the OU/TEXAS football game.

Check in was easy and very nice. However, the room was in obvious need of repair and a deep clean. There appeared to be blood on the wall. The tub was filthy. We stayed for a quick trip and only needed a place to sleep. I guess we shouldn't be surprised about the condition because of the low price.
