The staff was very friendly and attentive. This hotel is located near major highways and is a nice little jewel of peace in an otherwise busy city. The room was comfortable and VERY spacious.

This property was very comfortable and I will stay there again! I do wish that they would refresh the in room coffee bar every day. I would like to have sugar and cream in my coffee on the second day of my stay. Coffee in the lobby would be appreciated as well. Although these items will not keep me from coming back!

We booked a room for four people for our business trip to Dallas, and the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, when we went to inquire about breakfast, the front desk staff informed us that it was not included. After checking further, she confirmed that breakfast was only included for two people, not all four. This was very disappointing and inconvenient for us. We should have been notified about this limitation earlier, rather than finding out at the last minute.

I couldn't seem to get the fridge to work (probably my fault) but I was really surprised that there wasn't a complimentary bottle of fresh water in the room. Surely a must in a Texas summer, but also rather nice to have in the winter! Otherwise good, if very basic.
