It was close to our tournament but the sheets were not cleaned. They did send clean sheets to the riom for us.

Good hotel but not so good restaurant service.

The The woman who ran the Resturant bar area on Saturday, August 17 could not have been any ruder than any customer service person I’ve ever had had to deal with. She could’ve cared less that we were even there as paying customers, rolled her eyes more than once when we requested additional ketchup, cups or even napkins. While we were there in plenty of time to have breakfast, we were immediately told we would need to order lunch. She should not be in customer service.

Room was spacious and quiet (except for the aircon which worked great but was quite noisy, although didnt keep us awake). Communal areas have all been refurbished and look great, there was a sign which said the rooms would be done from the fall. All in all, a good stay, consistent with the brand.

Great Hotel close to Grey Wolf Lodge & more

Great location. Well kept property close to airport, the Grapevine mall, and several restaurants. The staff was professional and courteous.
