We were left stranded at airport after attempting to contact the hotel for shuttle for 45 minutes. Front desk comment once arrived was…”sorry we were busy”..?! We chose this property as we were flying thru. Advertised shuttle pickup from airport (advertised as an airport hotel). I expect a call from Marriot regarding this-

The hand held shower devices did function properly or at all in suite 121.
