Enjoy your stay at the Old House on New Street! This home was built in the Historic District of McKinney, TX in 1940. Beautifully decorated with design elements to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Newly renovated with open concept living, dining, & kitchen. Conveniently located minutes from downtown, restaurants, shopping, & cafes. After a fun-filled day, craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen & relax in the spacious backyard! If working remote, fast Wi-Fi comes standard. Truly a gem!

We are centrally located in McKinney and the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy your vacation. The Master has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom while the other full-bathroom serves the Queen bedroom and Full bedroom.

While staying here the entire house and yard will be your private oasis! We offer a Keyless touchpad entry and there is a parking space for 2 cars tandem.

This was our second stay at The Cozy Home downtown Mckinney. It is a hidden gem for sure & has quickly become our first choice for lodging when we are in town.

This was the cutest little house. Very clean and decorated so perfectly. Lacey was the sweetest and made sure to stay in touch and also made sure we we had a warm welcome with a bowl of snacks. The popcorn was delicious by the way!
