Cozy House

Come relax in this cozy, clean, fully-remodeled home located in the Fair Park area near downtown Dallas about a mile away from Dos Equis Pavilion. Four bedrooms with queen-size beds, Internet, Wi-Fi, kitchen ready for cooking and serving. Parking available inside fenced yard. Yard is fully fenced for those with pets along.

As a courtesy to neighbors, please park your vehicles inside the fence behind the wooden gate if possible. Limit parking to the driveway only; no on-street parking. No parties or events are allowed and no outside guests are allowed beyond your reservation headcount. No outside music or noise. Do not disturb the neighbors, and please be respectful to the neighborhood. Please act responsibly and adhere to these rules. Thank you.

More space than expected

From the title "Cozy House" and the photo of the front, I was expecting somewhat cramped quarters. But the bedrooms and common areas all had plenty of room. The house was comfortable and well furnished, We were in town for a wedding at Fair Park, so the house was close to that event and others in the downtown area. I give this property an unqualified recommendation.

Awesome Stay

First off Mark is an awesome host! The house met all of our needs and expectations. We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and needed to be near Kay Bailey convention center. The house is also near some of the best dining places I’ve had in Dallas. I would definitely book again. Of course the neighborhood is not the best, even still I had no issues. Downtown Dallas isn’t safe in general. 90% of the parents stayed at the hotel the team booked next to the convention center and they told me I did better and was safer staying at my location. I would definitely recommend the house to others. Thanks Mark!

Great Deal and Comfortable Space

This rental is a great deal for the price. Plenty of space in a clean and secure home. Four bedrooms all with closet space, queen beds and TVs. Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos and a half bath with a sink/toilet. Kitchen is full furnished, dinning room, and nice living room with a comfortable sofa someone could sleep on. Also very handy having a full washer and dryer available in house. Is located in an impoverished neighborhood but perfectly safe. There is space to park two cars behind the fence and a third car in the driveway. Host was kind, communicative and answered all questions quickly. I recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Perfect house for our family trip

The house was exactly as the pictures showed online. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we did. We went to Dallas Cowboy football game, to some stuff downtown and to the aquarium. The host was quick to respond to any messages. I would stay here again if I come back to Dallas

Great stay close to Fair Park

Attended a concert at Fair Park with my firend. The residence was within a mile and was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our stay. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. It's a great stay if you are headed to Fair Park or downtown Dallas.
