Nice townhome just off UTA campus
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayVery convenient to campus-we would stay here again. The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need. The owner/manager checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were good.

Great Location Comfy Place
Publié le 2 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy Wife and I and our friends (another couple) stayed over the weekend, while visitng family and attending the State Fair. The place was comfy. Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time.
We had to rearrange a mattress and box spring in order to get our midsized sedan into the garage but after we did, it fit perfectly with room to spare. The previous vacationers had put out the trash (we were there on one of the pickup days) however it wasnt picked up because of recyclables being in it or some reason the trash company had placed on the trash receptacle. They also left open comdiments and unopened food in the fridge and freezer, which while could be seen as a nice gesture, we just didnt trust using or eating.
Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay. The neigborhood was very quiet, with the exception of a few folks revving and racing from stop sign to stop sign, but it's pretty much on a college campus so those sort of things are to be expected. The place, again, was clean and comfy. Our bed was super comfy however the other couple stated their bed was comfy but sunk in the middle. The location is near a ton of restaurants, several that we got to enjoy. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
