The hotel was amazing. We would go down to the plaza have some coffee or something to eat. The sky bridge connects to the convention. The only downside was the parking was confusing. We parked in a lot that said daily and thought it was 24 hours, but was only 12 so we got a parking ticket.

Great hotel…restaurant overly expensive.

Very clean upscale hotel. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. I expected high prices at the restaurant. However, the prices were ridiculously expensive! Therefore the reason for 4 stars.

Nice hotel

This hotel was very comfortable and really nice, however, our vehicle was broken into. There wasn't anything in our vehicle but they broke the driver's side window out, which cost me $420 plus a trip to the body shop to fix my door. I hate paying for parking and then having my vehicle broke into. The staff was very helpful with the cleanup and taping the window up. The breakfast prices were a lot ridiculous. The breakfast food was the same as all hotels but this cost $25 per person plus the cost of a drink. My husband and I paid $54. The scrambled eggs are like all other hotels (take eggs and watery) .

It was a pleasant stay. Front desk is very nice. Heat didn’t work so it was really cold and hotel is way too dark. Please get some more light or change them. Valet slow as snails
