I enjoyed the quite suite. perfect bed and soft pillows.. I restful through the night so well. perfect shower with very clean amenities.

Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsCheck was great and quick. After arriving to our floor, we noticed a strong smell of marijuana and a pile of dirty linens at the door to our room. I notified the front desk about both issues. They gave us a spray to mask the smell but never picked up the dirty linens.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's good to know that the check-in process was smooth, but encountering these concerns are disappointing. It's concerning that we did not address these concerns even after you notified them. Providing a spray to mask the smell is a temporary solution, but the cleanliness of the surroundings should have been a priority. I sincerely apologize and will address this with the leadership team.

Central location just needs a tad bit updating

The location was a very central location, which allowed me to travel to different suburbs within 20-30 minutes each time I left the hotel. The fridge and coffee machine were nice but a microwave in the room would have been great as well. I feel as if the shower could be updated and the sink area could be a little smaller. I had to lean into the sink to wash my hands and brush my teeth because of how far the sink comes out and how wide it is.
