Designer Home with Backyard Oasis, Heated Pool, Playground, Overlooks Ponds

This is a breath taking 5 bedroom villa that over looks its own private lake with ducks and turtles. This home is completely renovated and designed by award winning designers. It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard which includes a stunning heated pool, spa, fire pit and playground for the kids.

The back yard has won multiple awards including silver internationally and gold domestically. The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. Five houses away is a beautiful and large park with two playgrounds. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.

All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners and not accessible to guests.

The home is close to many shopping areas, sports venues, and some of the finest dining restaurants. It's central location allows you to access all major highways and roads.

Soccer Family trip
We stayed for a soccer weekend and the property was everything we could have asked for. Spacious outside and heated pool for kids, and areas for adults to relax.I would stay here again should life take me back for another soccer weekend.

Great place for families
This home had everything we needed to make our family vacation memorable. There was plenty of room for the nine of us to be comfortable. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool was fantastic and we used it every day. There were an assortment of children’s bikes and scooters in the garage that came in handy and the nearby park was short walking distance.

My family gathers in Plano every year for a family reunion. They really loved this house and all the different common areas we could hang out in. The kitchen was very large and well furnished, and also had 2 sinks which was great for food prep. The backyard is also amazing to hang out in. Great location, lots of parking, lots of rooms and beds. Can't say enough good things. Of all the houses we have rented in Plano, my family really likes this one and wants to stay here again next time!

Thanksgiving
My family and I wanted a great meeting place for Thanksgiving that could accommodate great space and entertainment for all ages , this home did not disappoint. I loved all the various sitting areas , heated pool (heats very well ) , and playground . Outside around the pool is so beautiful to just sit and socialize . The owners were very good at communicating back in a timely manner and very sweet. I would definitely book this home again.

The property was really beautiful and calm and relaxing all around. There was much living space to gather together for pictures or play games in comfort. I did have to reach out about needing paper towels, though some was dropped right off to the house upon request. The host assistance was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Totally Amazing Home!
Our family stayed here for a wedding in Plano. The house and outdoor areas are fabulous! Plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Play scape outside for young children was perfect. The pool and fire pit are such an asset to this rental. The host was easy to contact with questions and gave very detailed instructions for the home. We only wish that we would get another opportunity to rent this home again!

Amazing Girls Weekend
The house was beautiful and well appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. The beds were so soft and bathrooms were clean and beautiful. I also loved that the check out procedure was easy and straight forward. Some houses make you do soooo much before you leave. This house’s check out procedures were reasonable (take out trash, run the dishwasher, start a load of towels).

Nice house with a POOL
Our daughter had a dance competition in Dallas so we rented this house for the family to stay which consisted of my brothers and sisters and their kids. There was enough room for us to fit comfortably. House was clean. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. Our host was very responsive when I would reach out.

I feel the property manager is taking advantage of the owner being out of the country. The garage was a MESS! Leftover plastic cup of drink in garage... sheets in dryer... The yard guy was awesome! The pool guy was great also ! Storms night before and they were on top of cleaning up after the storm! Overall good visit, but some details are neglected in washroom and overall house. But NOT dirty inside the house at all - main areas very nice!

Very beautiful house
Some family came from out of town for a graduation. We wanted to show them some things in Dallas, and chose this beautiful house for our stay. Just enough room for everyone, very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Great communication with the owners, who were also kind enough to check that we were ok after a powerful thunderstorm came the area. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dallas.

Quiet home great for being together
