Posted Aug. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe staff was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast service. Very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint would be the beds that were not very supportive and had a lot of movement.

We were walking in as the receptionist approached the desk. She was very friendly. My daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter back to school shoppers trip.She absolutely loved it. The room was spacious. The location is great. It's not far from the mall and other shopping centers are close as well. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from too.

I liked the close proximity to shopping and restaurants. There was a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with very promptly. The staff is very friendly and they were truly concerned we had an excellent stay. We felt safe and the property was very nice. I would recommend this property and stay here again without question.

Great stay. Clean hotel, good amenities and excellent customer service!! Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant and in these times, that is much appreciated because it can be hard to find these days. Great job Drury Inn.

We enjoyed our stay and I would probably stay here again. It was convenient to a mall in the highway. Even though we were right at the highway, it was still very quiet. We had to use the parking garage, which for two women and two young children, I never feel safe in a parking garage. We were told there was water in the room. I guess the lady meant tapwater when I was referring to drinking water. Not sure how that miscommunication happened. There is a refrigerator in the room, but just to note it did not cool very well and it does not have a freezer. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options.
