Staff was attentive, lobby and dining comfortable. We enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast in the morning.

Was disappointed the air condition was not working and would not cool down the room. We tried turning A/C down and checked to make sure the fan only was not on as well.

Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. Room was clean. Needs an update for as expensive as it is though. The bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Tried sleeping towards the edge on my side but it would roll me into the middle because the mattress was so worn out. The balcony door was very very difficult to open & very loud. Parking was insane, had to park quite far away. Also the elevator had issues stopping on our floor. We had to push the up button to get an elevator and go up then back down.

Well, I got to my room. I thought everything was fine and the carpet by the bed was wet. Come to find out the person the day before overflowed their tub and it came in on my side. It had a smell to the room and the carpet was wet. Also when I reserved this room, I called to make sure I could get a shuttle to the rental car and they assured me they could get me there. Then when I go out this morning, they tell me no that they have taken me back to the airport and I have to get a shuttle from the airport to the rental car . Very disappointing.
