Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsI do not recommend this Hotel. Parking is not free. There is a $20 Parking Fee for each Night .. (unlike other Embassy that I have stayed & parking is free ..)
The indoor pool was EXTRA COLD. Couldn't even swim because of how freezing it was ..
Bad Customer Service . They dont answer or respond back to your messages ..
Got charged for a service that I never ever asked or requested for & after a week later of calling everyday, I was finally able to get a refund , which is ridiculous .
The rooms need to be upgraded as there were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom & on the side of the rooms .
My child found a BED BUG on her bed .. just HORRIBLE .

The property management staff was excellent. The kitchen staff was great. The only problem was housekeeping maybe they are short staffed.

Old but the omelets are great!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsI would’ve given this hotel only 3 stars if it wasn’t for the amazing omelets they make for breakfast. Room looked nice (dated) but smelled musty. The staff was wonderful, and always willing to help.

Chef Jeff is amazing. His interaction with the guest & staff is commendable. Really enjoyed the food it was as great as it looked.
The lady at the front desk was also very welcoming.
