Front desk was very rude. Called to alert that I would be a late arrival due to my car issues. We arrived at 3:00am and they wouldn’t allow me to check in for my week stay and would not offer a refund at all. 6 nights and they wouldn’t allow me to resume my reservation even thought they had plenty of rooms. They said that I could book again and pay again in full.
