Clean it up
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was nice sized Sadly the room was very unclean and could have at least been vacuumed Was afraid to let the baby down on the carpets. The couch pillows had white stains on them(hoping not someone's unborn kids) There was appeared to be bloody boogers on the wall. Was very disappointed this was a Hyatt property. Breakfast was a new experience. A guest was helpful making waffles and harassing guest he later had an episode of milk shooting out his oral and nasal cavity all over the floor. No one came to clean it up so I assume it will be there for a while. It was disturbing to say the least .

I stayed here 7 years ago. The property isn’t the same after the pandemic. The carpet was. badly worn and needed replacement. It also wasn’t vacuumed before checking in. The first day of my stay half the breakfast was missing. When housekeeping came in after 3 days, the sheets and towels were changed in one bedroom/batg of a two bedroom suite and no vacuuming was done. A disappointing experience overall.

Everything went wrong all day on this trip - until we got to the hotel. The young man and lady were both so polite and friendly. It eased us at the end of a long day. While there were a couple of maintenance issues that could be addressed (carpet fraying at transition to hard flooring and being duct taped and rusty towel holders in shower) the overall stay was nice. Look forward to coming back.

Older property. Both TV remote controllers needed some TLC (broken or missing battery covers). The bathroom sliding door constantly got stuck.

While the suite was nice and cozy, the drain in the shower did not drain for a day and had to shower in the shower water from previous day. The fan in bathroom did not work and the light in closet did not work.
