Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HotelsLe parking à etage est très pratique pour garer sa voiture. La chambre est grande. Le petit dejeuner est bien. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a une laverie.
Le seul gros défaut c'est le bruit du boulevard : c'est comme s'il n'y avait pas de vitrage... J'avais demandé une chambre de l'autre côté, ce ne fut pas le cas.

The property is overall nice, and is just a short walk from American Airlines Center if you're in town for a game. It is a few minutes drive from the art museum and Reunion Tower.
The gym could use some maintenance of its equipment but a good simple set up.

Check in time was 3pm but we did not get to our room until 4:15pm. Normally I would not mind but my husband has been having health issues and is currently in a wheelchair. One of the reason I selected this hotel was because of a 3pmcheck in time. We waited in the lobby and several times I went to check on the status of our room. My hope was that they would see the situation and proactively get our room ready as fast as possible, but they were not too concerned and I do not think they felt bad about the situation. It was really unfortunate because everything else about our stay there was very good. The room once we got there was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and served on real plates and silverware.
