Trash can at entry to lobby was overflowing with large amount of trash on ground. And charging #10 bucks to park was an insult.

Property was nice. Suggestions for improvements:
1. Cleanliness
2. Water bottles in the room to welcome
3. Stop charging for overnight parking, in a remote wide open area
4. Handicap accessibility in premium rooms

I did not like the surprise of paying for parking the one night I stayed there. This should have been disclosed. No one likes a surprise.

In Dallas as in most large cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Charges are typically kept separate from the room fees, as only some people who stay at the hotel have a car. We appreciate your review and hope to host you again in the future. I liked the stay overall ,but very irritated by all the surprises. You have to pay for parking which wasn’t expressed at all in the details & also the $50 deposit even though you paid online wasn’t either. You would think all of this would’ve been talked about or added when you make the purchase.
