Great amenities. Staff super professional and courteous with the exception of one (Kim) who is or was a front desk manager. Everything else here is top notch. Love the food at Bonnie and Clyde and the breakfast buffet is excellent at the Vineyard. The wait staff at the Vineyard are the best. Agiem is hands down the best Server we've ever had. He always goes above and beyond to give us exceptional service. DFW Lakes is a five-hour drive for us but when we arrive it's like home away from home in the best way. We stay here regardless of our plans in DFW.

We were delayed on a flight 15 hours and had to book a hotel last minute in Dallas. We booked the Hilton and were impressed with how quick and easy check in was at 10pm. The restaurant was still open and we were able to grab some food to bring up to the room as we were all starving. The room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property was conveniently located. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When I asked for assistance with my luggage, no one showed up. Additionally, when I spoke to management, they mentioned room 823, but I had indicated room 323. The enunciation of the numbers is quite different. The front desk representative then began arguing with me in front of her manager and was only removed from the situation when another female staff member intervened. This behavior was very unprofessional for a Hilton employee working at the front desk.
