Upon arriving the A/C was out in the lobby so portable rolling A/Cs were everywhere nearly in the lobby. The shower was broken so you could not take a shower. I thought this hotel would have been much nicer than it was so I was pretty disappointed. I most likely will choose a different hotel next time. Thank you.

Shower door broken

My kids were excited about to pool. Come to find out it was down for repair. Also no complimentary breakfast. Elevators stopped working so up the stairs to the 3rd floor we go.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur Hotels1. I called the hotel ahead of time and checked in along with reserving my exact room. Upon getting there the system was down and everyone in the lobby had a wait time of about 2 hours. The lobby had no air conditioning during my entire 3 night stay.
2. The actual room ac is set to operate at 5 degrees higher than what you set it at, I realized this after waking up the first night from heat.
3. I was told I would get my requested wake up call at 6am but received nothing. Upon checking in my room floor had crumbs on the floor. Housekeeping is done once every two days.
4. Only one out of the two elevators are in working condition.
It seems as if they are operating due to their reliance on the attendees of the convention center across the street.
