Not worth the price
Publié le 16 nov. 2022 sur HotelsDefinitely not worth the price. I should have paid a bit more to have an hotel closer downtown or at least close to something, and with better rooms.
There was hair left on the shower's wall from previous client, bathroom's fan wasn't working, coffee machine in the room was also not working. The elevator stopped working for a while one night. The AC was loud as hell and my room was on the back, so I could clearly hear the overground train every 15min or so.
Also, I would have thought that in 2022 hotels like Holiday Inns would have TV with accessibility to streaming services or with the possibility to cast from my mobile.
The staff was nice, the bed comfy and the breakfast was ok.
So, yeah sadly I would not recommend. Usually I do not complain that much, but I was really disappointed. :(

The property was under construction, so none of the amenities were available. This was not listed on Expedia's website, which leads to false advertisement. Our toilet was not flushing, so we had to change rooms. There was lots of noise due to construction.

No pool as advertised- no restaurant- no gym.

Felt very uncomfortable, we stayed

We realized, upon arrival that the property is in an extreme state of disrepair, and currently undergoing renovations. While understandable and part of the lifecycle of real estate, no attempt to inform us was made during booking. Almost all functions of the hotel were no available and it was chaos. The nice lady at the desk cancelled our reservation and we were left to find other lodging late at night.
