We were at the end of the hall and one of the windows overlooked the air vents, a non-stop noise of blowers day and night preventing us from sleeping.
No room change possible.
Bedroom doors that we have to slam without choice and that wake up every time we enter a room.
Beside the location, it is better to stay elsewhere for a better comfort of your sleep.

This was a nice hotel, our only complaint is that the walls were thin and you could hear all the noises.

Pretty nice property. I feel it is an affordable and well appointed property which provides value. Friendly staff and wonderful location. I seemed to have one of the smallest rooms in the property. I was traveling alone so ok for me. But if with a family this would have been a disappointment. It was tiny, barely enough room to maneuver around the bed. It still had a fridge and a microwave with a king bed. Bathroom was clean and nice. Only one elevator was working during my visit so you could end up waiting a few minutes to get where you were going.

Front desk woman was extremely rude and didn’t want to help when our reservation couldn’t be found. She walked away to help someone else. Breakfast was lacking - vegetable omelet with no vegetables, no yogurt for our entire stay, pancake machine wasn’t working. Smell in the lobby was sickening. What is with all the deodorizers in the halls, elevator? One elevator not working for our entire stay. Extremely limited dining!! Front desk staff hid in room behind desk. Not helpful at all.

The room was very small, the water pressure in washroom was low. The room price is high and so not worth of money
