The elevators were filthy. They are working on things, but they did not clean up for two days in the elevators or hallways. I stay at Holiday Inn express a lot. In fact the last three weekends I have I asked for a late check out 2 o’clock is the latest they allowed which I understand, but I needed another hour and they refused.

Hotel incorrectly charged me two additional nights and refuses to credit. Ongoing issue for 6 months. The manager has never called back, never emailed back. I’ve escalated to bbb and their corporate. Do not stay here. Read the reviews this is a terrible hotel that isn’t hospital and doesn’t do right by their people

Working out of town
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI’m working in Frisco, I’m a nurse that lives 164 round trip from my job so to break it up I spent 2 nights at this hotel which is only 5min from my job😃 it was a great 2 nights. I’ll be working in Frisco most of October so will be booking every week at least 2 nights👍

Poor Cleanliness
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThere was garbage behind the night stand and the bed. The room was not cleaned properly and the bed sheets had stains on them. Informed the front desk and all they did was bring fresh towels.

The place wasn’t very clean. Floor was very dirty, not vacuumed. When we went to go to bed for the night pulled our blankets back for the night and the bed was full of red hair neither of us had red hair. This hotel does not have ur heavy, nice and quiet hotel doors it has loud steel doors that slam shut everytime someone walks in or out of them so that is what u heard all night long was doors slamming really loud all night long. For it to be a Holiday Day Inn Express Way I was totally surprised because they are normally ur nicer hotels.
