Shower plugged, roach in room, no ice in machine. When i complained she did nothing to fix problem but say she was going to inform someone

The Hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will staying there again if we have the opportunity. The staff was very accommodating

The room was clean. How ever I got a suite and the additional room was horrible. The sofa bed had mold on the mattress. There was little bugs in felling and the floor had something red all over that would still stain anything that you would put in the floor.

Hallways reeked of weed. We found multiple left over items in our room from the visitors before us. Its advertised there is a hot tub and there isnt. The girl at the front desk was terribly rude during check in. Definitely not typical Holiday Inn standards.
