Staff was absolutely AMAZING! Greated me every single time i came through the lobby. (When i arrived she was looking for a cart for a customer, but could not find one, and was very nice letting them know she was unable to find one then proceeds to help the rest of the customers in the lobby keeping a complete professional approach to all of us waiting.) Breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast no fancy food. Coffee is available 24hrs in the front lobby! They have a little store for snacks & the do have paper ware if you forget some to heat up any leftovers or the food they sale in the little store. Its right next to main event if you want to do a little trip for you & the kiddos. Multiple restaurants right by it, not even a 10min walk maybe 5 at most. Across the bridge are gas stations if you wanna do that 10min walk. (Again maybe not even 10 mins) the hotel has a pool & 2 hot tubs. Some rooms have Jetted Tubs & theyre pretty nice! Our bed this time however was HARD no cushion caused me & the hubs a lot of back pain!

Room is not clean and has a musty smell, hotel is dated, toilet didn’t drain well.
