The room they put us in had throw up between the furniture and smelled really bad. They did move us to another room which was better but they weren’t real nice about it. The second room was clean but hotel was dated and could be cleaner.

The front desk attendants on duty at check in were very rude.

Great location, lots of disappointment
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe property is in a great location and from the outside is beautiful. The interior decor is beautiful as well, however, it needs LOTS of TLC. There was dog poop on the floor of the elevator for thrre days! Several electrical issues (lights not working, ceiling fans not working, flashing LED lights, missing light fixtures, etc), the pool was so dirty, just to say a few things. On a plus, the breakfast was worth waking up early for. It was delicious and the ladies were so sweet.
Biggest issue is the pictures of the room on this website are all the same, which leads you to not getting the room you thought you were getting. Go look at the different room types and you will notice all the pictures are the same. There is a huge difference in room size. Very disappointed with having a much smaller room than I thought I was getting for my family.
