Tons of crickets in hallways and our room, also inside near the exits. Cleanliness could’ve been better.
We also checked out a day early and they still charged us for the last night. 👎😡 said it was their policy.

I was overcharged for parking I called. They still have not corrected the problem.

I was charged for 3 nights of parking on a one night. I called. They still have not corrected the problem.

I booked a handicap accessible room but the only thing accessible was ONE bar inside the tub which was helpful once in the tub but of no use to get in/out of tub. The ice maker didn't work and it took over an hour and two phone calls to get someone to come show me how to get the stove to work. I called your hotel before booking and was told I had to bring my own DVD player but the connection wires would be there. They were not, and that was the whole reason I had booked your more expensive hotel so I could watch movies all weekend. I was really unhappy with my stay. What was supposed to be a wonderful getaway weekend was less than mediocre.

The room was nice. Like the indoor pool very clean.
Front desk could have been a little more helpful about getting a cart for our luggage.
