Great attention to detail. Little things thought of for the guests, like coffee service on every floor first thing in the morning. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into the service offering. The room was spacious and well appointed.

We love staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable. Our only issue this time is that the vents need to be cleaned out. Lots of dust coming out, which made us quite uncomfortable.

Quaint and unique ambience
Free hot drinks in the morning. Adding more variety of hit beverages would have been ideal as only Tea n Coffee were served.

Super groovy hotel. Great location near upscale restaurants and regular eateries. Lovely shuttle service to any location within 3 miles which was very handy for a trip to House of Blues and back. The guys were all friendly and knew what they were doing. Excellent bar with tasty food and gracious service. Caters to dressed up guests and people coming back from the Cowboys game. Quiet room, didn't hear anything. Really relaxing, comfortable stay. A variety of people stayed here, good people-watching and chill atmosphere. Will come back!
