Nice property but not as described

The property was very nice and accommodating. However, it is listed as 4 bedroom and is only 3 and one bedroom is listed as a king and is only a queen. Our group made it work but we would have chosen a different property had we known it was only 3 bedrooms. The location was nice and close to the stadiums, shooping, and food.

Nice home good location.

Outdoor area was nice. If attending a Cowboys game, only .8 miles from stadium, beats parking and traffic. No bedroom 4 as advertised, sofa couch is in living room. Clean, comfortable, outdoor features and pool table were great addition for our family. We’d stay again. Bring a TV for outdoor kitchen / tiki bar, we did and loved it!

Great location for AT&T Stadium visit

We had a group of eight adults who stayed at the property. I highly recommend for anyone who is attending an event at AT&T Stadium. It was an easy walk to the stadium and saved us money on parking and the hassle of traffic after the game. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. There is a large open living space and huge dining table which easily accommodated our group for dinner and card games. The outdoor space is very welcoming. We would have loved to enjoy it but it was too hot during our stay.

Super clean and nice

The house is super clean and comfortable. The host was also very responsive. Only notes i would add: the bed arrangement is nkt exactly as listed- its 2 fulls in 2 of thr rooms and a queen in one. Also if youre looking for walkability to thr stadium this is nit a great option. It was a 30 minute trudge home after our concert.

Our Executive Team enjoyed our stay in January 2024. The property was as advertised and the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was excellent and convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Arlinton and the greater DFW area.

Great Home! Great Location!

This house was walking distance to both stadiums and was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We did have an issue with hot water and Sam the property manager came by right away and had it fixed in a timely manner, and also offered for us to use another home down the street to shower if we needed. Having several tvs was a plus for our group so everyone can watch different things. The game room was an absolute hit as well. I highly recommend this home!

Great location and property manager!

The stay was perfect for our group of six in town for a game! Easy location to get anywhere we needed to and the property manager was fantastic! He responded quickly and seemed to really want to make our stay perfect! Very clean and a lot of fun!
