Dining area lights cannot turn on. Light switch for the stairs are not working properly. The floor is dirty, so we can’t go barefoot. The hot water take too long to warm up, so had to wasted a lot of water. The electric meter is in the spot that when coming in or backing out can be easily missed and hit our car. Landscape can be better taken care of.

I was most impressed with the integrity of the cleaners & management, as I left a diamond anniversary ring there, which they found & sent to me! Thank you so very much!

Great Location with Some Quirks

Pros:
*Great location in the DFW area.
*Easy check in.
*Well cleaned
*Plenty of space in the house with nice amnesties. (Ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade cabinet, etc).
*Quick responses from host on questions or issues.
*Nice, if small, outside area.
*Two-car garage for parking off the street.
Cons:
*All the towels in the bathrooms were clean, but damp. I am guessing the cleaning company ran out of time to dry them fully and it was weird to find.
*The warning about noise monitors in the listing made it feel like we were being listened to the whole time.
*The earliest check in available was only for an hour early and cost an additional $50.
Additional thoughts:
We did not use the kitchen too much but it was stocked well enough for us.
One warning about booking, the payments utilize a property management company and the second payment is done outside the Vrbo site. Support confirmed for me that this was expected but I advise double-checking the costs carefully. We had an additional tax charge for a bit over $80 that was not in the original Vrbo total and I did not notice until after our stay.
One of our group forgot their shoes when we checked out and the host did a good job providing an opportunity to pick them back up.
Conclusion:
All things considered, we had a good stay and would stay again.

Very nice house some bumps in the floor over 2 inches high. Drain in master bathroom was clogged.

Awesome house near Lower Greenville!
