The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful at all times and hours. The hotel was super clean at all times.

Bed bugs

The hotel had bed bugs as well as roaches. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund and stated that she had to get pest control out to confirm they have bugs. When I had pictures and staff had already confirmed they did.

Terrible Hotel. They got 100 usd deposit, while usually 15 usd which is taken as well. Totally 115 usd. The reason was booking over Expedia as a third part. I have been informed that if Expedia does not pay, the deposit amount will be taken. First time I faced such a explanation like that. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is old, smells food all over the hotel. No amenities. There is a renovation in Hotel. No any venue. Low profile.

Being a world traveler, there always are just a few simple things that are appreciated. Convenience, affordableability, cleanliness, friendliness and location. This was my 1st time in the Dallas, DFW and Arlington area. I stayed here (1) night after flying in from Mexico. I missed the free breakfast due to a comforting rest. All and all this was a great experience from the staff to the leadership.

The Standard room did not have a microwave. There was a fridge, table, and sink, but no microwave which is odd and inconvenient. We had to go downstairs to microwave. Also the layout of the room was awkward, making it feel tight and small. Especially when you pull out the sofa bed there is not much room to walk through to get to the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable as well. Guest service was great. We got early check in and the girls up front were always helpful with our questions and when we needed for blankets. Location is not bad, right next to Six Flags.

It was just ok, but more options available

As for the price, everything was ok. We had 5 in a double room with a couch bed. The couch bed was actually broken so we used the couch instead. The hotel didn’t have cots, mattress toppers, comforters or anything that we could have added to the couch to make it any easier to sleep on. The breakfast area looked like a tornado had been through there and had nothing but bread for toast left or cereal by the time we got down (around 9:40) & it closes at 10. The lady at the front desk was very kind but didn’t have any way to help us with allergy meds or of course, the bed situation. Probably wouldn’t stay here again as there are many other options around the same price in this area.
