The first room we were in the thermostat was broken, phone was broken, we tried to struggle through it but by night time between that and the amount of bugs that kept jumping on the bed and on my kids, I had to go to the front desk and request another room. The second room we had no bugs but then our tv didn’t work, it kept disconnecting from the signal and it kept shutting on and off in the middle of the night so we had to unplug it. Luckily it was just a one night stay because it was just not comfortable or enjoyable.

My daughter had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was full of bugs that fell from the ceiling and were on the curtains. The second room had small bugs on the mattress and blood on the sheets.
My room had the sharp, tooth pick, flossed under the bottom sheet of the mattress. Poor cleaning.
