Nous avions la suite 225 et la propreté ainsi que l’état de la chambre laissait à désirer. L’état général de l’hôtel aussi d’ailleurs. Le plancher de la salle de bain était collant, le tapis de la chambre avait plusieurs grosse taches dessus. On voit que le ménage n’est pas fait adéquatement. La conception de la salle de bain est mal faite; on doit se tasser au fond du mur ou entrer dans la douche pour pouvoir fermer la porte. Les vitres étaient absolument horribles, on ne voyait même pas de l’autre côté de la rue tellement les thermos sont finis. Il y avait des restes de colle de ruban adhésif sur la tête de lit et notre lit (King) avait une baisseur au centre du matelas. Côté nourriture pour le déjeuner c’était correct même bien. Le personnel était courtois et accueillant. L’hôtel semble en rénovation, des fenêtres sont manquantes dans une section de l’hôtel sur chaque étage. 1 ascenceur sur deux fonctionnait et notre première journée la piscine était fermée. C’est vieux, ça a manqué d’amour et ce n’est pas du tout représentatif de la chaîne Hyatt.

This is a decent hotel. The breakfast is pretty good too. I was a little upset that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. You have to go down stairs to heat your food up. I don’t think hotels think about how inconvenient that is. The gym is super basic and only has cardio machines. I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating but on my last day TWO housekeepers walk in on us, one knocked and didn’t even wait for a response before walking in and the other lady just walked right in. It was still about 11am and checkout isn’t until noon. We could have been undressed or worse! I spoke to the lady at the front desk about this and her response was, “are you sure they didn’t knock and maybe heard you say something.” First of all, it doesn’t matter, don’t come in my room unless I grant you permission.

Great location, stayed here several times and always has issues, elevator was not working, no hot water, A/C didnt work.

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice. The continental breakfast options were great. Parking was easy with some parking up front and then gated parking in the back. The only issues we had were a few small quality issues in our room. The bed was on a rolling metal frame and was very squeaky, and the bathroom outlet was loose in the wall, I had to pin it to the wall when I unplugged things. But other than that there were no other issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice. But the POOL?! The pool needs to be cleaned, remodeled or something. There was only ONE working elevator that took FOREVER!
