This apartment renter is designed to put people out of work by outsourcing everything. No job creation. No human contact. A flurry of emails and text messages that are required to get in and get out. The parking area is dirty and the parking spaces are too tight. Its difficult to get in and out of the car withoit hitting the car next to yours. The only upside was it was quiet. Would not recommend to anyone.

SMU Graduation Trip

The location was perfect, very close to SMU campus. The apartment was quiet, clean and easy to find.

There is no security at all at this property my car was stolen from their secure gated underground parking that is not secure at all. No one on property to talk to. They provide zero help at all no knowledge of who provided security who has access to cameras(others reviews have said they don’t work). Many cars are broken into and stolen run from this property do not stay heere

After a rocky start, Kasa was great1

Would have given 4-5 stars in communication but the check in process was confusing. Had to take elevator H and took to the third floor. Could not find my room number, and so called the number provided and she explained I had to go to the 2nd floor and walk labyrinth to find elevator G and then take that to the 3rd floor. She told me I was going to have to do this every time I wanted to access my room. After a good 35 minutes, I finally found my room, and the room was clean and spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures. I called the number provided for assistance again to re-confirm access to my floor, and she told me I didn't have to continue to go to the 2nd floor first before going to the third floor, so i have to say that once that was clarified, i was very happy. Location was great, great sushi restaurant right next to us, and had a great trip.

Water pressure was horrible, the bathrooms looked like it had mold and the doors didn’t close all the way. I also thought we were going to have a balcony because of the pictures
