The Wyndham name should not be associated with this property. They have spruced up to lobby, but when you step off the elevator on 2nd floor, you realize your not in a quality hotel.
It’s New Year’s Eve and my plans are to stay in room. TV remote doesn’t work. So no channel changing capability.
Called front desk, and after 6 or 7 minutes of non stop ringing the desk jockey picked up the phone. I explained the problem to him and he said all I had to do was push 12 and go to the guide. I said the remote doesn’t work. Once again he said all you have to do is push 12 for the guide. I told him the problem was that remote Doesn’t Work. He recommended I contact maintenance tomorrow during business hours. Not to worry, I’m out of this heap first thing tomorrow.
Got a Rez at A Hilton property for 12 bucks more a night. See ya Wyndam

They Have to do better for me to stay there again
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSo, upon arrival my first thought was I booked this hotel before, and we had to cancel it due to the unlivable and the smell from the hotel. Then I walk in to check in but before I completed the check in, I asked the cashier could I see the rooms. He stated sure. We went up the elevator and the smell were still there but much better but as we were walking, I heard a dog barking, and I said to the cashier if he had other rooms available, he stated he will check. He wasted ten minutes of our time checking for other available so I told him we will just take the room. We checked out the room and it was extremely better than last booked. Next of course we checked in. Therefore, we had planned that night, so, we shower and left. Lastly was the breakfast, the hotel stated we had hot breakfast, and we were only giving hot coffee, eggs, and waffles, no meat was provided at all. Next, we heard our neighbors baby crying all morning which this wasn't a restful morning. we checked out and left the hotel

Bad stay and conditions
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is being renovated, you can tell it was previously own by someone else and they didn’t take care of it. It had door off hinges on 2nd floor, paint cans on hallway floor, the smell of paint, some of the towels had brown spots on them. They shouldn’t have those nice photos on site of hotel. It doesn’t look like that.

The Front desk person was rude, and he was arguing with other guess. I didn’t get my $100 back for the room deposit.had construction
