Amazing location, central to all major highways! Very clean and safe North Dallas property! The property is in a gated community, and includes covered parking, WiFi, Streaming TV, Electricity, and is professionally cleaned for every guest.
Completely renovated! Everything is new. Walk to dinner, Supermarket, Shopping, and bars.
Our place is near 2 highways, Dallas North Tollway and George Bush, which makes it easy to get around the city.

Budget condo
The condo was adequate for 2 adults, mainly just for sleeping. The community and apt was quiet, and felt very safe and secure; there is a keypad gate and a designated parking spot. The apt is up a flight of stairs, fyi. The decor was very spare (no chest of drawers but lots of closet space, limited decor and limited and older furniture ). Also, the apt could have been cleaner (dust bunnies, an old shower curtain liner, and a yucky container in the cabinet above the sink). The porch area is charming and we enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely weather (although the view was not as pictured). The main reason that we chose this apt, besides location and price, was the washer and dryer. The dryer didn’t work well so a clothes rack would have been helpful. The owner was easy to deal with, and put out some niceties like toothpaste, and shampoo and conditioner. Note- we didn’t contact the owner about any of these concerns as we were pretty busy and noting required immediate attention. If location close to Plano and price are what you’re looking for I’d say this is a fine budget choice.

Excellent place to stay in Dallas!
The place was outstanding in every way. Little touches like coffee, creamer, soap, shampoo, all there. Easy to get in and out. Clean as a whistle. Sarah was great to work with -- answered all my (dumb) questions whenever I asked (which was often). Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Dallas.

Cute small getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Overall good experience and communication with owner was excellent. A couple things here and there such as internet not connecting to TV consistently. (Not able to watch anything uninterrupted)The neighbors dog constantly barking all day. (Things not completely in the owners hands) but are apart of the experience staying at this location.

Everything was great it’s very centrally located. Only problem was the view from balcony, it’s overgrown we couldn’t enjoy the view cause the trees. Other than that everything was wonderful and very clean,will recommend & will book again if in the area.

The perfect little place !!
I truly enjoyed staying at this location. It is quiet and nicely tucked away from the surroundings with a quaint little pond that the condo overlooks. If your a birder, it's a fantastic spot! The condo itself is nicely appointed having recently been remodeled with upgraded kitchen, bathroom, and comfy bed. It is a perfect size for one to two people. The location is within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, bank, etc. When I'm back in Dallas, I hope to saty here again.
