My family loved the house. It is very beautiful , clean, and in a great location. Troy and Terri were awesome host. Whatever we had an issue, they responded and resolved them quickly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Palatial Villa!
Booked for 7 and arrived as 6 people - 4 adults and 2 teens for 6 nights in the area to attend my niece's wedding. Huge property with high ceiling in the entrance and living room. Gourmet kitchen with excellent equipment to make our daily meals. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower - didn't use the enormous bathtub. We observed beautiful birds and rabbits in the backyard. Locations is in close proximity to major shopping and dining but the area is amazingly quite. Will return when visiting again. No issues to report and highly recommend this property.

This house was so clean and very spacious! You couldn't even tell how many people we had because we were able to spread out so well. Beds were comfy, great location, great neighborhood, and owner is very responsive. We will stay there again for sure!

My family of 8 fit comfortably in this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. The place was clean and the game room was a real plus, with foosball, a shuffleboard table, and a digital pinball machine. Unfortunately, the place didn't seem "finished"...TVs that sat on dressers instead of mounted on the empty brackets on the wall, floorboards coming up in several places, old couches with springs almost poking through, lights not working in the master bathroom, not stocked with extra TP or Kleenex when we ran out, few useable channels on the TV. Just fixing a few of these issues would make this a great place to relax and use as a home base to explore the area. A notebook with instructions on how to check-in, use various features in the home, and how to check out (as well as useful recommendations on stores or restaurants in the area) would be extremely helpful. Troy and Terri were great at communicating what was expected of us and replying right away. All in all, a very nice time for our family during our short weekend stay!

Perfect Family-Friendly Retreat
My husband, myself, our 4 kids (14, 12, 12 and 8 months), my parents and my grandmother all traveled to Frisco to visit with my husband’s family. We needed a place with enough bedrooms for sleeping and with something for our teens to do with their downtime. This house was perfect! We enjoyed watching the bunnies in the yard, the big grass park next door and the game room was a total hit. The house was clean and well-maintained. The hosts were super responsive any time I reached out with questions before the trip and then while we were staying at the house. We would highly recommend this house and we will certainly be back!

Not A Good Experience
I had multiple conversations with the owner of this property and thought I was going to have a great experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case and here’s why. 1. I had to contact him because the door code only worked once and I was late to an event. 2. No hot water in the kitchen, I had to boil water to wash dishes. 3. Owners turned off the refrigerators a day ahead of my departure date and caused $150 worth of food to go bad. 4. And this was the most important issue… the owner knew children were staying in the home and had an unsecured glass table top for the dining table. Three of my youngest grandchildren were injured by glass when the glass table top slid off and shattered. I informed the owner of all of this and it’s been over a week since our stay and I haven’t heard a word from him/them. This was my first time using VRBO and although this was direct negligence on the part of the owners, VRBO should vet their properties better. Robin

Family time away!
This was our first Vrbo rental. Because of our expereince iwth this property and owners, we will rent again. This was a beautiful home in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. My family of 4 stayed 3 nights, just a little get away before the chaos of school and college begins. There was plenty of room. Although we spent most of our time together, we didn't feel like we were cramped and could separate into different rooms if needed. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable and master bathroom showerhead was amazing! We had access to the neighborhood pool. The location was within 10-20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Troy & Terri were great in communicating via email and text and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were clear in expectations of their guests. Honestly, I don't feel like taking the trash bins to the road and washing the dishes we used is too much to ask of their guests. We would stay again. In fact, my kids (ages 14 and 18) said this was the best vaca ever. We didn't even do much outside of the house. I'd say that's a win!

Our experience at the property was enjoyable. The home was clean, and the property manager was friendly and reachable. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The property is in a great location and close to malls and grocery stores and gas stations. The only issue was there were maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The flooring in the master bedroom was coming up (which was an issue because we had a vision impaired guest with us). Also, there were a couple wasps' nest at the front door. We had to purchase wasp spray to kill them because they kept getting in the house. Also, there may be a wasp nest in the walls as the wasps just kept coming no matter how many we killed. One of the full size beds was very close to the ground and uncomfortable.

The host was very accommodating towards our big group and all the furry pets we brought with us. They even set out a bowl of treats that our dogs loved! The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Just aware that the beds are smaller so if traveling with toddlers to prepare ahead of time. The host was very responsive to text messages and any issues or questions we had such as check in/out time. Perfect house for small groups
three families with kids stayed at this property over a three day weekend. Lots of bed rooms and beds, nice kitchen, nice living room setup for watching tv and relaxing. We had a brief water heater issue during our stay. But Troy answer my texts almost always immediately, and the problem was resolved in a timely fashion. The only thing that we didn't like is the wind. Why is Dallas so windy in the winter?
