The staff was friendly, but it seemed like they were understaffed and the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at check in time. Also, something I didn’t like was the elevators don’t have any type of security feature like most hotels do these days.

Didn’t get the bed I paid for.
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsPaid for a king bed and got two beds instead. Went back to the counter and asked for the king bed and was told they didn’t have any. No messages to let me know, just found out as I walked into the room.

Very nice property, the view from the room was beautiful, facing the lagoon, the room was clean and had very comfortable beds; people were attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast can be improved, it was very limited, but it is ok to stay one night, If you stay longer, then I suggest asking for the regular menu.
