The staff here was so incredible and kind! I came to Dallas for a business trip and I checked in late at night and had been driving all day so I was very tired and brain dead. I accidentally parked in the valet section, and the valet attendant was very understanding and helped me out without making me feel silly for my mistake. Then when I checked in, the front desk agent was unbelievably accommodating! He greeted me so warmly even though it was past 11 PM and when I decided to join the membership program he upgraded my room and gave me complimentary access to the M Lounge. This is by far the most high-end hotel I've stayed at and I was a bit nervous about not knowing how everything worked, so it felt so wonderful to be treated like a VIP! Big thanks to the Marriott team, you made my short stay so restful and relaxing.

Perfect Hotel
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HotelsThis IS the place to stay when in Dallas Uptown, superb staff and superb hotel. Great room and central to everything that’s good in Dallas. There are other hotels but this one stands alone in terms of excellence.
