Wish i never booked

The rooms filled with crickets this sink leaked water on the floor from under the sink. Door handles and lock was falling apart and not working correctly. Only good thing the front office guy was really nice the woman at night just tried to get rid of me. They need to shut down and remodel

For the price, it was ok. It was at walking distance of my morning-after destination, so it was a good choice for my trip. There are no roaches, but plenty of crickets, and those are all over that area, not just the hotel. Neighborhood is sketchy.

Got to the property to check in. Staff member said there wasn’t any rooms available even though I paid for the room already

No phone, no Internet, and stinky towels. Not a good neighborhood. First thing I heard when I walked out of my room. "move faster or I'll punch you in the face". Fortunately, I discovered the black male was talking to someone else.

No follow thru with these guys. $50 Deposit.

The lady who waited on me was very without empathy. First there was a $50 deposit that I had no idea was required. I paid the reservation through After-Pay. It was not until I took a picture of the flyer on the desk that gave details on the deposit, THEN she admitted I would get it back once I checked out. The room was clean for the most part but the shower did not work I reported it and they said they would get it fixed. No follow up, no calls, nothing. This was a 2 night stay. Someone did clean the room however, shower would not work.
