Love the LOFT boutique feel of hotel. Beds are super comfortable. This was my second visit and I will be back. Staff needs to get better versed on hotel recommendations though......were not very helpful ...LOL

I wish I knew I needed to ask for a mini fridge.
Also, the safe in my and my Nephew’s rooms didn’t work.
I left meds and cash at the front desk to put in the hotel safe. I was unable to retrieve my belongings when I asked b/c there was a meeting happening in the room where the safe was.
Panic for approx 30 minutes until I received a phone call saying my meds/cash were available.
