The room was spacious and extremely clean! The chairs and couch was very uncomfortable. The pillows were like too flat. Both tv’s were top notch! Easy access to the ice machine. All of the staff were very courteous and nice !! The guys at the valet were outstanding!

Wanna Get Away Stay-cation Spot

Our stay-cation was worth the trip. The Omni Hotel and Resort did not disappoint and the reviews we read were honest and true and we are glad that we took the opportunity to get away for the weekend. We definitely will be back especially to check out the newly renovated rooms. All staff members we came in contact with were pleasant and the atmosphere was as it you were at a resort from out of town. Who knew you could get peace of mind and wonderful scenery 45 mins away from home. No hussle and bussle as if you were on an island itself. Everything we needed was simply in walking distance or on the premises. Events took place and that was in walking distance. Resturants on premises and walking distance. Outdoor swimming pool, pool side bar, spacious patio area, river walk view and trail. Apt homes next door and the residents were friendly. Resort vibe vs. Hotel vibe. Thank you Omni. Oh and Mokara the Spa facility was awesome we enjoyed our couple massage. Our bodies are still thanking us. If you wanna get away I definitely recommend Omni Hotel and Resort in Las Colinas. Stay-cation or out of state as a couple we will be back to get away. LOL

Elevator broke down

The stay was okay. The elevator broke down with me in it on the 22nd floor and I was stuck in there for approximately 10 minutes. The jerk from it stopping jammed my knee and made me think I would soon be falling to my death. The help button in the elevator was not working either, so I had to call the front desk to let them know I was stuck and the help button malfunctioned. They told me at the front desk they would take a night off my bill; I have not seen that. Other than that it is a fairly nice hotel and the people were good.

Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in with a surprise of a upgraded room!! Our whole stay was very welcoming and for sure relaxing!! Will definitely be back!!
