Inexpensive and convenient to Dallas airport 10 minutes away with a free shuttle…. small room but had a king size bed TV coffee maker ironing board microwave mini refrigerator perfect for our one night stand on the way back from Mexico. Westin right next-door for a drink and food and also Denny’s across the street.

Upon check-in we had to change rooms 3 times before we had a quakity room. First room the heater was terribly loud and you couldn't sleep with that noise. Second room had small roaches on the walls and celiengs. The third room was decent, but you could hear prople in the halls and other rooms. The staff was very accommodating in finding us a room to sleep in and appologized for the state of the first two rooms.

I called the hotel and told them my flights were canceled numerous times and couldn't make the trip to Dallas per American Airlines. Their hotel refused to cancel the reservations I had when it wasnt my fault. Its a shady deal and they dont have great customer service. I even called them to let them book my room to someone else since rooms were needed. Pretty Shady business, be careful booking here. Value your customers in the future.

It is pretty convenient, has all amenities its advertised, the hotels is not new but well maintained, rooms with everything i needed, fridge, microwave, even an extra sink, and stove. Don't hesitate, if u need to stay near DFW airport or even staying at that area for other reasons. Stay here

I was led astray by the reviews I read for this hotel. Makes me wonder if the reviews I read were for the wrong hotel... I will say it was clean. Due to age, lack of amenities, and very BASIC style, I would never rate this hotel above a 6. It was more in line with a Motel 6 - although again, it was clean and there was a shuttle to/from dfw. Front desk was friendly, 1 of the 2 shuttle drivers was nice. But, no working seatbelts in the shuttle, fyi. Cheap hotel, but although price was not expensive, for another $10-$15 could have stayed at much nicer hotel. Which i will do next time.

Unfortunately.. I was given a room key and walked in on an elderly woman, unclothed. Completely unprofessional. Giving me the excuse that someone didn’t do the job properly when checking her in, is inadequate. Both of our personal spaces were violated and I will not be using this establishment for future work trips.
